1、For the ship defined in the SOLAS Convention.
2、At the customer’s request, the archive center divides the SCF information provided into two parts: High IP level and ordinary IP level digital documents, and securely keeps them respectively. The high IP level information will be stored off-line with the most strict access management, while the ordinary IP level will be provided on-line for specific customer.
3、The most economical mode.

G-SCF
|
This kind of category meets the requirements of the SCF interim Industry Standard and its supplementary Guidance, providing the customer with the general and customized SCF management. With strict security IPR Management, safekeeping data storage and Update, it helps to facilitate the implementation of SOLAS Convention. This kind is for customer’s specific use and is user-friendly and cost effective.

1、For the ship defined in the SOLAS Convention.
2、On the basis of the realization of the S-SCF, the archive center provides the shipowner with four sets of Electronic Media Onboard which need to be updated annually, and ensures the integrity, correct and update of the digital documents.

SCF-E
|
This kind of category meets the requirements of the SCF interim Industry Standard and its supplementary Guidance, providingthe customer with the enhanced and customized SCF management. With strict security IPR Management and benefits protection for the ship, it helps to facilitate the requirements of the implementation of SOLAS Convention, realize the classified management for all kinds of plans, safekeeping data storage and Update. Ensuring the safety, reliability and update of the documents for the customer specific use, this kind is user-friendly, convenient and quick response.

1、For the ship defined in the SOLAS Convention.
2、On the basis of the realization of the S-SCF and the G-SCF, the archive center stores and manages the other plans provided by the customer. For the additional documents, the archive center strictly follows the agreement achieved between the customer and the archive center, providing the most strict safekeeping and IPR protection, ensuring the integrity, correct, and update of the documents.

SCF PRO
|
Refer to the requirements of the SCF interim Industry Standard and its supplementary Guidance, this kind provides the customer with an extended and customized SCF management, helping to achieve the goal for the management of national ship’s registry file and technical file. With strict customer benefits protection, safekeeping data storage and update, it helps the customer to realize the classified management for all kinds of plans. This kind is for customer specific use, and is a micro SCF archives for the customer. It is user-friendly, convenient traceability and quick response.

1、For the ship other than the SOLAS Convention requires.
2、The archive center strictly follows the agreement achieved between the customer and the archive center, providing the most strict storage safekeeping data and IPR protection, ensuring the integrity、correct, and update of the documents. It provides the customer with an SCF Onboard Media Sytem for the digital file rather than the on-line use. The period for update can be consulted between the two parties.

Update for the digital documents
|
In accordance with the requirements of the SCF interim Industry Standard, the archive center updates the digital documents stored in the archive center, safekeeping and providing use.

1、For the ship defined in the SOLAS Convention, the archive center updates the digital documents timely, ensuring the integrity, correct and update of the documents.
2、For the ship other than the Convention requires, the archive center updates the documents periodically, ensuring the integrity, correct and update of the documents.

Electronic transform for the documents
|
In accordance with the requirements of the SCF interim Industry Standard, the archive center provides the service of transforming the hard media to the electronic form, improving the degree of identification and for customer’s convenient use.

Other Services
|
At the customer’s request, the archive center provides customer with the specific service to the implementation of the Convention.

Services provided by the archive center cover but are not limited to: plans collection, processing and management; issuing a statement of compliance, technology consultation and technical support ,etc.
