About Us

At the invitation of China Association of the National Shipbuilding Industry and China Shipowners' Association,and agreed by Ministry of Transport of the People＇s Republic of China, China Classification Society set up China SCF Center as a public organization playing an independent role, which is dedicated to the implementation of SOLAS Convention concerned and interests protection for the world’s maritime industry.

Established in accordance with the requirements of the interim SCF Industry Standard and its Supplementary Guidance, as well as the latest versions of relevant ISO standards concerning Information Security Management Systems (ISMS),China SCF Center provides continuously global services to respond to routine and any urgent requirement services of the collection,safekeeping storage,update and specific use of SCF Information involved both in English and Chinese.

China SCF Center serves all global maritime industry as follows: 1. Safekeeping storage and specificuse of SCF information for oil tankers and bulk carriers of 150 meters in length and above as the relative requirements of the SOLAS Convention required;2. Managing the drawings,documents and the information concerned of all ships；3. Safekeeping storage and security IPR management to the documents of maritime industry.
